It doesn’t happen with natural link building with everyone links to you personally with similar text. So you might want to mix it up a little. You might like to get “dog training” maybe “dog obedience” or something as well as just those completely unrelated ones. Maybe “just click here” as the anchored text. Just to really make it look more natural.
